Entry Requirements

Cosmoversity offers flexible and inclusive entry pathways across different academic levels, while ensuring students are prepared for success. Below are the specific entry requirements by program level.

 FEE REFUND AND ADMISSION CANCELLATION

This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the refund of fees in case of cancellation of admission to any undergraduate or postgraduate programme offered by Cosmoversity.

1. Refund Policy Before and After Commencement of Programme

a. Cancellation before the commencement of the programme
If a student cancels their admission before the official commencement date of the programme, the following shall apply:
– A full refund of the paid tuition fee will be processed.
– The application fee is strictly non-refundable.
– An administrative fee of AED 1,000 plus 5% VAT shall be deducted at the time of cancellation.

b. Cancellation within two (2) weeks from the commencement of the programme
If a student withdraws within two weeks from the official start date of the programme:
– 50% of the academic fee will be deducted.
– The remaining balance will be refunded.
– An administrative fee of AED 1,000 plus 5% VAT will be applicable.

c. Cancellation after two (2) weeks from the commencement of the programme
If a student cancels admission after two weeks from the programme start date:
– 100% of the academic fee will be deducted.
– No refund will be applicable under any circumstances.
– An administrative fee of AED 1,000 plus 5% VAT will also apply.

2. Non-Attendance Clause

If a student does not attend classes for a continuous period of three (3) weeks from the commencement of the programme without formal communication or approval, Cosmoversity reserves the right to cancel the admission and initiate visa cancellation (if applicable).
In such cases:
– No refund shall be granted.
– Visa cancellation charges must be paid by the student.

3. Transfer or Deferment of Intake

If a student transfers their admission to a future intake and later decides to cancel, no refund will be applicable under any circumstances.

4. Application Fee Policy

The application fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
