University of European Political and Economic Studies "Constantin Stere"
University of European Political and Economic Studies “Constantin Stere” traces its origins to 1997 with the establishment of the Institute for Political Studies and International Relations, founded by the distinguished academic Professor Platon Fruntasu. From the outset, the institution committed itself to democratic values, academic rigour, and the development of future leaders, researchers, and public officials capable of contributing meaningfully to national and European governance systems. Reorganised in 2007 as a university, USPEE embraced European higher education standards under the Bologna Process, steadily expanding its academic scope, research capacity, and international engagement. From 2025, Wroclaw Business Academy will operate as a Faculty of the University of Technology and Arts in Applied Sciences, Warsaw, while maintaining its strong academic identity and reputation built over more than 26 years of excellence in business education.
